Many have already noticed and written to us: We are currently significantly expanding our product range to include Georgia Ramon varieties from Georg Bernardini and his partner. The name "Georgia Ramon" is a portmanteau of the first names of the two founders, Ramona Gustmann and Georg Bernardini.
Georg Bernardini is considered the co-founder of the Coppeneur company and author of the standard chocolate reference book "The Chocolate Tester." He has already received international awards for his work "Coppeneur."
Lovers of exceptional chocolate will certainly enjoy Georgia Ramon's incredibly delicious creations, including buffalo milk, chocolate with sea salt, chili, beetroot, or coconut!
Georgia Ramon's chocolates are certified organic and gluten-free. The 100% chocolate is produced entirely without added cocoa butter.
