Enter your order number and the email address used for your order. Your name is optional. You can then review and confirm your request. You do not need to sign in to a customer account to use this form.
The form is loaded by Vitals and may take a moment to appear. If it does not appear, you can notify us of your withdrawal at the email address below.
Alternatively, you can start a return or cancellation request through your customer account.

You can also notify us of your withdrawal by email at kontakt@schoko-wunderland.de. Where possible, include your name, order number and the items concerned so that we can identify your purchase.
The model withdrawal form is included in our withdrawal policy. Use of the model form is optional.
