Important news from Plamil, Malmö and Dammenberg

1) Improved recipe effective immediately: Dammenberg's nut-free chocolate spread with a nut flavor has been available exclusively at the Chocolate Wonderland since spring 2021. You, as our customer, gave us a few suggestions for improvement, which Dammenberg has gratefully taken up and implemented. The changes are essentially: The spread should be creamier. ** The nut flavor should be less intense. ** Hazelnut would be even better instead of peanut flavor. ** The jars should be sealed. 2) Malmö price increase: Last year, there was already a price increase for almost all varieties of Malmö chocolate. We did not pass this price increase on to you as a customer, but were able to keep our selling prices stable. Now, the next price increase for purchase prices is coming up in May 2021, and unfortunately, we now have to adjust our prices as well. Our tip: Take advantage of this opportunity; all varieties are still available at the old prices. We will gradually make the adjustments by May at the latest.

3) Sold-out Dammenberg varieties are available again. Once again, we had to reorder chocolate from Finland earlier than expected because you bought up our stocks at breakneck speed (a great success, thank you to you as a customer!!!) The varieties that are now available again include: Heart Lollipop , Chocolate Coin Set , Milk Alternative Snack Orange , 8 Chocolate Figures – Mooumi , Milk Chocolate – Lime , 8 Little Cars , 5 Puppy Dogs , Milk Chocolate Chocolate Coins (loosely packed) , Dark Baking Chocolate Coins (loosely packed) – 56% , and Dark Chocolate Coins – 56%

4) Rapidly declining Plamil inventory : It is still not possible to import chocolate from England, despite trade agreements. Since we are receiving many inquiries regarding this, our inventory is noticeably declining. Many varieties are already sold out, despite our far-sighted planning. You can still secure in-stock varieties in the Plamil category... As soon as imports from England are possible again, we will inform you separately... The same applies to Cocoa Libre chocolate.

5) SEPA payment methods are no longer possible: Unfortunately, SEPA (colloquially known as direct debit) payment methods were increasingly abused by customers during the Christmas season, with customers demanding a refund after receiving the chocolate. Therefore, we are unfortunately no longer able to offer this payment method to our customers . Please use the "prepayment" payment method as an alternative. The damage is truly significant, as the Chocolate Wonderland is desperately short of money. I expressly appeal to the conscience of these people to pay outstanding invoices. As fraud cases are increasing, I must take legal action against all outstanding invoices. This does not apply to customers who contact me and work with me on a mutual solution. This has already happened, and for this, I expressly thank these customers!
