Dak Lak is a balanced, slightly spicy dark chocolate from the highlands of Dak Lak province, combining mild sweetness with spicy pepper notes.
Marou produces its chocolate according to Fair Trade standards, but is not certified accordingly. Instead, the savings go directly to the cocoa farmers! This means Marou can often pay the farmers far more than the Fair Trade price.
