The combination of aromatic chocolate made from Kichwa cacao from the Amazon and Arabica coffee beans from Loja, the coffee-growing province of Ecuador, is spicy, crisp, and very harmonious. No trees were felled for the packaging. Paper made from sugarcane fibers . Contains two 30g bars.

Kuná is produced in Ecuador in an allergen-free environment. Specifically, this means the chocolates are free of gluten, tree nuts , nuts, sesame, milk, soy, and lecithins. The sustainably grown beans are hand-selected. Only the finest beans are used and processed into the most exquisite chocolate within a very short time after harvesting, fermentation, and roasting. Everything is completely fresh.

Out of nowhere, Kuná won first prize at El Salon del Cacao y chocolate Ecuatoriano in Guayaquil (Ecuador) in 2012.

More than Fair Trade

Kuna is a brand of the Ecuadorian company FreshCosta, which – by our standards – operates a remarkable social policy. What we call fair trade is quite normal in Ecuador. At Kuna, it means social responsibility – firmly embedded in the entire concept. The well-being of the producers, job creation, and the cultivation of high-quality cocoa are essential components.

One of the excellent varieties is the delicious version with pieces of coffee bean.

The “Nacional” or “Arriba” cocoa comes from the Kichwa Cooperative Asociación Wiñak from the UNESCO Biosphere Sumaco.

Ingredients (all ingredients from controlled organic cultivation): Cocoa mass, cocoa butter, coffee nibs, panela (unrefined cane sugar: the juice of the plant is evaporated)

No nuts, sesame, gluten, or soy are used in the studio. May contain traces of milk.
