Things have seemingly been quiet in the chocolate wonderland over the past few days. But that's not the case! We've had interesting and successful negotiations with none other than Mr. Marko Iso-kungas himself, owner of the Finnish chocolate factory Dammenberg.
What's special about Dammenberg chocolate: all of its products are guaranteed nut-free, free of almonds, and other tree nuts! Almost all varieties are also kosher, and many are completely sugar-free, gluten-free, soy-free (including soy lecithin), and dairy-free, meaning these varieties are also guaranteed lactose-free! Most bars are also vegan!
Dammenberg has been producing its own chocolate since 1994 and is located near Tampere, Finland…
