Lam Dong is produced only in small quantities, making these varieties rare and very delicate. The cocoa beans come from the forests on the edge of the highlands of the Lam Dong region in the Mekong Delta.

The chocolate perfectly combines the spice of pepper and anise with the sweetness of fruit. A rich earthy note blends with the taste of cherries and licorice in the aftertaste. An extremely sophisticated chocolate, interesting and varied, especially for experienced chocolate lovers!

Marou produces its chocolate according to Fair Trade standards, but is not certified accordingly. Instead, the savings go directly to the cocoa farmers! This means Marou can often pay the farmers far more than the Fair Trade price.
