Future Marou productions will take place in a factory that also processes cashews. Therefore, new batches will carry the note "May contain traces of cashews". For this reason, we will only continue to stock the brand as long as the current, safe stock is available.

Dak Lak is a balanced, slightly spicy dark chocolate from the highlands of Dak Lak province, combining a mild sweetness with a spicy peppery note.

Marou produces chocolate according to FAIR-TRADE standards, but is not certified accordingly. The saved costs go directly to the cocoa farmers instead! This way, Marou can often pay far more than the FAIR-Trade price to the farmers.
