Availability notice: We are currently selling the last Marou bars that were still produced entirely in a nut-free environment. This batch is free from traces of cashew, peanuts, or other nuts and thus meets our high requirements for allergen-friendly chocolate.

Future Marou productions will take place in a factory that also processes cashews. Therefore, new batches will carry the notice "May contain traces of cashew". For this reason, we will only carry the brand as long as the current, safe stock is available.

These bars come from the last nut-free production – ideal for anyone who loves Marou and needs absolutely clear ingredient information.

This variety tastes intensely fruity and strong. Only Trinitario beans are used for Ba Ria. The unusually fruity note is achieved solely through the cocoa bean, without any additives!

Marou produces chocolate according to FAIR TRADE standards, but is not certified accordingly. The saved costs go directly to the cocoa farmers instead! This allows Marou to often pay far more than the FAIR-Trade price to the farmers.
