Availability note: We are currently selling the last Marou bars that were produced entirely in a nut-free environment. This batch is free from traces of cashew, peanuts, or other nuts and thus meets our high requirements for allergen-friendly chocolate.

Future Marou productions will take place in a factory that also processes cashews. Therefore, new batches will carry the note "May contain traces of cashew". For this reason, we will only carry the brand as long as the current, safe stock is available.

Tien Giang is above all one thing: spicy, fruity and extremely full-bodied! This chocolate provides taste explosions through notes of herbs, juniper, combined with sandalwood and the taste of sweet fruits, which transitions into a pleasant peat flavor. The cocoa comes from the Mekong Delta. This bar is very suitable for anyone who wants to explore sophisticated chocolate varieties.

Marou produces chocolate according to FAIR-TRADE standards, but is not certified as such. The saved costs go directly to the cocoa farmers instead! This allows Marou to often pay far more than the FAIR-Trade price to the farmers.
