The following instructions only apply to you if you had a user account in the Chocolate Wonderland before April 30, 2024!
As you may have noticed, the Chocolate Wonderland has been completely redesigned and we've moved to a new online shop. We've transferred your account, including your billing information and delivery address, to the new shop .
However, we were unable to transfer your password to the new Chocolate Wonderland (because your password is confidential).
What does this mean for you?
You cannot currently log in to the new shop using your username and password.
What do you need to do to log in again?
Simply send us a short, informal email. Just include "Please activate user access" in the subject line and "Please activate access for emailaddress@example.de" in the body.
(instead of emailAdresse@beispiel.de please enter the email address with which you are registered in the Chocolate Wonderland)
Once you've sent us the email, you'll receive a separate email within one to two days, allowing you to set a password for Chocolate Wonderland and then log in again as usual...
And then: Have fun shopping for chocolate in the "new" chocolate wonderland :-)
