Coffee chocolate is made from whole coffee beans and is as smooth as chocolate, but it's not chocolate! Thanks to a unique production process - including carefully selected beans roasted in small batches and a refining process that is a closely guarded manufacturing secret - the complex, delicate and unique notes of each bean are fully transferred into each bar, giving it a creamy-fine coffee flavor. Like coffee from the very best barista :-)
